Gift Collective is a trading name of Craft Academy LLC, 150 Pompton Plains Cross Rd, PO Box 4242, Wayne, NJ 07474. Orders are accepted and fulfilled by Craft Academy LLC.
Prices
Every price shown is per unit and includes decoration and any one-time setup charge spread across the order. Shipping and sales tax are added at checkout. Prices can change, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
Minimums
Each product carries a minimum order quantity, shown on its page. We cannot fill orders below it.
Proofs, and your right to stop
Nothing is produced until you approve a proof. We send one within the time stated on the product page after we have your artwork. If the proof is not right we will revise it. If you decide not to go ahead at that point, tell us and we refund you in full, because nothing has been made yet.
Once you approve a proof, production starts and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns on custom work
Decorated goods are made to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged. That is the trade standard and it is why the proof step exists. If an order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, tell us within 10 business days and we will replace it or refund it.
Quantity variance
Decoration runs can finish a little over or under the ordered quantity. We bill for what we ship.
Your artwork
You confirm you have the right to use the logo or artwork you send us. We use it to produce your order and to make a proof, nothing else, and we do not publish it as a sample without asking you first.

We publish deduction caps, FINRA limits and state gift limits because they are what decides most of our customers’ budgets. They are general information, not tax or legal or compliance advice, and they change. Check anything that matters against your own accountant or compliance officer.
