Send artwork
Upload your logo at checkout, or email it after you order. Vector files are best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A PNG at 300 dpi on a transparent background works for most decoration. If all you have is a logo off your website, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will hold up.
We lay it out
We place your logo at the right size and position for the item and the decoration method, and send you an image of exactly what will be produced. Most products show a proof within two business days.
You approve or you change it
Reply with changes as many times as you need. Nothing is produced and nothing is charged for revisions.
Then we make it
Production starts the moment you approve. Lead times on each product page are counted from that approval, not from when you ordered.
Reorders
We keep your approved artwork. Order the same item again and there is no new setup charge and usually no new proof.
