The short version
Decorated goods cannot be returned, which is why nothing is made until you approve a proof.
Before production
From the moment you order until you approve your proof, you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Nothing has been produced yet, so there is nothing to lose.
After production
Once you approve the proof, your logo goes onto the goods and they cannot be sold to anyone else. At that point the order is final.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, short, or not matching the proof you approved, email us within 10 business days with photographs. We replace it or refund it, our choice of which, and we pay the return shipping.
Quantity variance
Decoration runs sometimes finish slightly over or under the quantity ordered. We bill only for what we ship.
