How to read them
Every product page shows two numbers. Proof time is business days from when we have your artwork. Ship time is business days from when you approve the proof. They do not overlap, so add them together and add transit.
A typical order
Two days to proof, a day for you to approve, seven days to produce, two to four days in transit. Call it nine to twelve business days from order to desk.
What makes it longer
Artwork that needs redrawing, approval that sits in someone’s inbox, and the weeks before major holidays, when every decorator in the country is full. For December delivery, order by early November.
What makes it shorter
Expedited production is available on most items for a surcharge. Ask before ordering and we will confirm your date in writing.
