What we collect
When you order we collect your name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the artwork you send us. When you browse we collect standard server logs and, if you consent, basic analytics.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
What we do with it
We use your details to produce, bill and ship your order, and to contact you about it. We share what a supplier or decorator needs to make and ship your order, and nothing beyond that. We do not sell your information.
If we contacted you first about corporate gifting, you can tell us to stop and we will, permanently. Every message we send has an unsubscribe link and a physical address.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Artwork is kept so reorders do not need a new setup charge. Ask us to delete your artwork and we will.
